How Bristol Gym Girls works
BGG is a free, welcoming community for women in Bristol who want to move, connect, and find their people.
Our ambassadors run relaxed, free get-togethers throughout the year - think morning swims, hikes, walks, and coffee catch-ups.
Follow us on Instagram and join our WhatsApp community to hear about upcoming events.
Bristol Gym Girls also offers:
Seasonal Strength Club - our online group coaching program for women who want to build real strength, nail their technique, and finally feel confident in the gym.
Personal Training - work with Natalia 1:1 at Sweatbox Gym in Bristol, or online from anywhere.

What we've been up to
From coffee catch-ups to weekend adventures - see what the BGG community has been loving recently

Stomp & Coffee Hosted by Edgie Eats
Our regular monthly meet-up - fresh air, girly conversations, and finishing with cake and coffee with the BGG crew.

Hotpod Yoga
Gym Girl Takeover
20 women sweating it out together in the heat - because everything's easier (and more fun) when you're with your girls.

Mendips Adventure & Pub Lunch
Plans went sideways with a weather warning, but BGG women always have a backup plan - and we still ended up with a delicious pub lunch.

What our community says
"This is one of the best things I ever decided to do! I met some amazing ladies, made progress in the gym, found out things about myself and had the funnest of times. 10/10 would recommend!!!"
Tatiana
"At a time when my anxiety was overwhelming, I didn’t think I could even show up to a meet-up. But I went, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. This group has helped me build confidence, and surround myself with supportive women."
Andreea
"I had such a great time walking and chatting! All the different conversations and sharing our experiences really made me feel connected. It was lovely!"
Hayley
hi I'm Natalia
the founder of Bristol Gym Girls. A few years ago, I was coming out of a dark place, feeling isolated and craving connection with like-minded women. As a ballet teacher and PT, I knew movement was powerful for mental health, but something was missing.
I love the outdoors, but I wanted to enjoy it with others, so I asked if anyone wanted to join me. It started with just 5 of us, and now it's a growing community of women wanting real friendships built around wholesome activities rather than just drinking culture.
That's why I created BGG. A space where women find their people through adventure, movement, and meaningful connection - sometimes that's conquering a mountain, sometimes it's cosy chats and hot chocolate.
